It has been ten years since the last Mind Body Boot Camp and now due to popular demand we are bringing it backs as Mind Body Outdoor Fitness, which we feel sounds more welcoming and inclusive.

Come and join the fun

With a mix of bodyweight exercises, battling rope and tyres this will add a whole new dimension to your fitness journey.

Rather than just using exercise as a tool to help people ‘look good’, we use exercise to help people ‘feel good’!

Cost can be one of the biggest barriers to exercise. Small group training helps to overcome this.

Block of 5 x 1 hour sessions costing £40 (£8 per session)

Pay as you go £10 per session
